Subject of the contract:

The following general terms and conditions form part of the contract for the binding booking of a seminar, an outdoor event or a retreat by registering the participant with Bianka Rehn. The booking is made by the registration and the confirmation of registration by Bianka Rehn and is binding.

 

Payment :

Payment is made within 7 days of receipt of the invoice, which is sent to the confirmation email after receipt of the written registration by the participant via email.

 

Cancellation :

If the participant has to cancel the seminar, the following fees apply:

• Up to 30 days before the start of the event: 10% of the seminar fee

• 29 days to 0 days before the start of the event: 100% of the seminar fee is due (nomination of a replacement participant is possible)

A seminar cancellation insurance is not included in the fees.

 

Participation requirements:

The participant has to meet the necessary requirements for participation in the yoga retreat on his own responsibility and at his own expense. This applies in particular to the booking of transportation and accommodation.

Participation in the event requires normal mental and physical resilience. If the participant is undergoing medical or psychotherapeutic treatment, he is required to discuss participation with the doctor or therapist.

The participant must inform Bianka Rehn in advance about possible physical or physical restrictions.

 

Liability :

Participation in yoga events is at your own risk and liability. Neither Bianka Rehn nor the local provider accept liability for damage, destruction, loss or damage to objects brought along. Personal items carried are at your own risk in the event rooms, locations or in the seminar house. It is up to the participant to properly insure the items they have brought with them.

Bianka Rehn is not liable for third-party services, in particular for third-party travel services, or third-party services that have only been arranged.

 

Addition :

Bianka Rehn is entitled to change the timing and / or content of the seminar, if this is necessary and does not change the scope of the seminar.

Open Air Events 'Force Majeure'

If the weather conditions do not allow Bianka Rehn to host an open-air event (heavy rain, severe weather), Bianka Rehn reserves the right to reschedule the event to another day without repayment of the amount paid, unless otherwise discussed.

If the event is completely canceled, the previously paid amount will be immediately transferred back to the participant's account.

Online events

Bianka Rehn offers irregular online yoga on the Zoom platform.

The necessary registration and payment takes place up to 10 minutes before the start of the course via the booking software Calendly . The booked course can be canceled at any time via Calendly .

The fees to be paid result from the prices of the respective offers and must be paid in advance using the payment method offered.

All online videos and courses are protected by copyright and are intended for private use only. Any other use, such as unauthorized reproduction, public demonstration, broadcast or other commercial use, is prohibited and will be prosecuted under criminal and civil law.
